Kul Tiras is an island off the coast of the Eastern Kingdoms. It was and is the seat of the Admiralty of Kul Tiras. Going into the Great War of Lordaeron its Grand Admiral was Thaumas Proudmoore. After his death Phorcys took over with Namor Periandrius.
