Chamahuac was a worshipper of Hakkar the Bloodflayer in the Temple of Atal'Hakkar. He took Jin'thek prisoner while Jin'thek was disguised as a female troll sacrifice. Chamahuac eventually wound up as Jin'thek's prisoner once the Temple of Atal'Hakkar was destroyed and turned into the Sunken Temple. His soul was then contained in a fetish.
During the Battle of Quel'Danas, Jin'thek was mortally wounded. Chamahuac was converted to Jin'thek's dream and bought Jin'thek time by sacrificing his own soul, letting Jin'thek's soul reside inside the fetish until the elves could be stopped.
